Every year on March 17th, thousands of Montrealers celebrates the annual Saint Patrick's Day Parade. Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated by expatriate Irish and ever-growing crowds of people with no Irish connections but who may proclaim themselves "Irish for a day" also celebrate. During this day, it’s common to wear green-coloured clothes and drink traditionally Irish beers such as Guinness, Harp or Irish wiskeys.
